Soccer Analyst Chris Sutton Battles Artist Olly Murs in Top Flight Forecasts
The Gunners' 10-game victorious run was ended by the Black Cats before the global hiatus, however can the English top division frontrunners bounce back against local foes Spurs this Sunday?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a plan for this game," stated soccer expert Chris Sutton.
"The Spurs manager will attempt to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling finest this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's side typically still manage to win."
The analyst is forecasting results for all 380 Premier League games this term, versus AI, fans and a variety of guests.
For week 12, he faces singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United supporter.
Murs' latest album, the new release, is out on Friday.

Olly is a talented footballer as well as a accomplished singer and has been a star of several charity football games down the years - but he is not planning a professional return as a player.
"{I actually played in a charity match the other evening for a friend of mine," he explained. "The side was losing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you want!
"I still love football, but I hurt my joint a few years ago and it even now isn't where I want it to be. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too dangerous for me in my profession to do it seriously again.
"Plus I am forty-one now, and we are not everyone is Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am preparing for the time that my daughter or son chooses to play instead."
The singer and his spouse his partner have a young family, Madison and their son, and he is prepared to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their coach.
"I will not push football on our kids but I've already told my wife that if they do get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will likely be managing their weekend soccer side," he said.
"I observed my relatives play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I clearly owned a football club for a while too.
"My father coached with us when I was a child, which is probably where I inherited it. He managed our team for several seasons and had great fun with it. That could be the future for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Premier League Predictions
Weekend, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
The Blues may have to be patient for their star's comeback from injury but their attack is now stronger with Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
In my opinion this fixture will be fairly tight, though. Burnley are well organised and their sole home defeats so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
It smells of a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to choose Chelsea to edge it for what would be their third consecutive league win in a row.
The expert's forecast: 1-2
The singer's pick: Chelsea will be too strong. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
Bournemouth have lost their past two games - albeit both of them were away - but they got thoroughly beaten by Villa last time out which shocked me.
In contrast, West Ham won two in a row before the hiatus and, although both of those games were at their stadium, they appear competitive again.
West Ham's only on the road victory this campaign came at Forest in the summer, when their manager Nuno Espirito Santo was previously that team's coach.
Therefore, what on earth do I predict here - will it be West Ham continuing their streak under their manager, or the home side responding?
I am going to choose Bournemouth, because I believe what occurred against Aston Villa was a blip.
Sutton's prediction: 2-0
The guest's outlook: Bournemouth are doing well but the visitors have picked up under Nuno. 2-2
The algorithm's prediction: 1-1
- Amex Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Bees were seen as one of the favourites for the drop before the campaign began, but they have surprised a few people under their manager and are in good form with three wins in their past four matches.
A family member advised me to select Brentford striker Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will probably score again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to pick him or back the away side at Brighton's ground.
The Bees have not had great fortune on the travel this term, and Brighton are always decent at home. The visitors will attempt to hit them on the counter-attack but I think Fabian Hurzeler's side carry much more of a threat.
Sutton's prediction: 2-1
Olly's view: It could be one of those games where you think there is going to be a lot of goals but it in reality proves to be rather close. 1-1
AI's outcome: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
It is a huge game for Fulham, who have lost five of their past six matches.
Fulham have have lots of talent in their team but it still seems like they could be dragged into a drop zone fight.
As for the Black Cats, well they are the surprise package of the Premier League season so far.
Their performance in the two-all tie with Arsenal last time out was superb. We've not witnessed any other team disrupt the North London side like that this season, and Sunderland were fully competitive for them.
The logical choice would be to back the visitors here, because they are obviously capable of roughing the hosts up too and, the last time they were in this part of London, they defeated the Blues at the end of last month.
However I am not choose that. Instead, I really need to carry on opposing Sunderland with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of responsibility for their positive results because they evidently love to defy my predictions.
Looking at the home side's at Craven Cottage record, the sole team they have lost to is the league leaders. Their manager's team will be extremely desperate for a good result, so I am going to predict they will pick up three much-needed points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
The guest's prediction: I know the visitors are performing strongly and also that the hosts are on a poor streak... but they have still been decent at Craven Cottage this season. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0
- Anfield, 15:00 GMT
It is a tough one to predict. The Reds have lost seven of their past 10 games in every tournament, but might they be among the sides who profit from the {international break|
