The young full-back Another confident showing from the youngster following his debut versus another side. Saka was unable to take full advantage of a clever flick over their defense. The role looks secure already. 7/10

The star midfielder Functioned in a forward role on the right and also did plenty of the hard yards. Displayed glimpses of brilliance and dragged an attempt wide. Withdrawn late on by a teammate, his competition, after receiving a caution. 7

Jarrod Bowen Had the team's top opening in the opening period, his shot smartly stopped from Thomas Strakosha. With a teammate staying deep, he was forced to offer an outlet out wide yet his deliveries from the touchline were inconsistent. Substituted late in the match. Six

The captain The match-winner scoring 77th and 78th goals at international level. The opener a trademark opportunist's goal while the second an excellent header following a clever run from his marker. Now 32, he continues to improve and the side are strong contenders in the upcoming tournament with him leading the line. 8

The attacker Struggled to make an impact on the left flank. Had a decent opportunity following a pass from a teammate yet the keeper denied him. Rashford had a greater influence in his place. 5
